UCSF Lung Transplant Team: "Catching His Breath"

Bradley Dell has suffered from severe cystic fibrosis since infancy. In his 20s, he battled infection after infection and was in need of a double-lung transplant to survive. No hospital was willing to transplant a patient who was so sick. Then the UCSF lung transplant team received a call about Bradley and knew they had to push the boundaries of what defines a transplant candidate.
