The Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (ZSFG) is a safety net hospital primarily serving those with publicly funded insurance or are uninsured. It is the only Level I trauma center in the city.
The ZSFG Pulmonary Division’s mission is to improve the lives of our patients, our San Francisco community, and the world by providing high quality and compassionate care in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine; by advancing impactful research and advocacy; and by training the next generation of leaders in medicine and biomedical science in an environment of equity and belonging.
